ABOUT SHARON MAYOCK Sharon Mayock's focus is on creating effective, high-visibility promotional and marketing materials for diverse audiences. With many years of design and project management experience, she knows how to help her clients define who they are, and to concentrate on the messages that need to be conveyed to get results. Sharon continues to work as a freelance graphic designer, senior designer and as an art director for a variety of clients from small design studios to large corporations. She has enjoyed 20+ years in the design and marketing industry, including some formative years spent living on the west coast. As a special event and portrait photographer for many years, Sharon enjoys meeting people, is a good listener, and will work with you to provide total, very affordable coverage of any upcoming party, celebration or event. She uses a combination of traditional film and digital formats, and her images have a casual, easy-going style. In addition to graphic design and photography, Sharon is an artist and has created a prolific body of rustic, wall collage pieces. She incorporates treasures from our increasingly disposable society in these unusual works – rusted metal, branches, wire and found-objects – many hinting at their pasts as living things, or as parts of long-ago useful possessions.
